What changed
The Last Rites. Cipfried will not bless a stranger. The new quest runs for seven chapters - the monk's refusal, Loui's bones, the four seals of the crypt - and ends with the attribute blessing.
Shopkeepers buy more. Twenty-two weapons and pieces of equipment that nobody would buy now have a buyer on the isle.
Dungeons pay on the way out. Whoever brings the boss down takes an experience bonus for their level, on top of what the room already gave. Dungeons you have not opened yet show up as silhouettes.
Balancing
The isle respawns at one pace. Each species now has a single respawn time, the same all over the map, instead of changing from one corner to another.
The crossing of the whirlwinds got cheaper: 1,000 gold per attempt, half an hour between tries, and 90 seconds to get across.
The Bellowing Labyrinth got harder: Mooh'Tah Master Ghar hits 15% harder, and there are 20% more minotaurs inside.
The elder beholder summons at most one crypt shambler at a time.
The ice rapier now has 50 charges.
